After a passion for collecting colonial and antique furniture and restoring old villas, we purchased Classic Desks from Chris Page in 2002. Chris had been in the business of antique furniture restoration and desk leather inlays for 35 years.

John feels extremely privileged to have worked along side Chris for the last few years until his passing in 2006. With the knowledge and experience Chris passed on, John continues to restore furniture and inlays leather desk tops with the same enthusiasm as Chris.

John has also been passed down many of the old traditional formulas of stains, oils and waxes and has these available for those who would like to restore their own furniture.
